Chief Executive Officer
Thomas Scott joined Wrike as Chief Financial Officer in 2022 and moved into the role of Chief Executive Officer in July 2023. As CEO, Thomas oversees the execution of Wrike’s long-term strategy, driving continuous growth and empowering customers with an intelligent solution for modern work management. Thomas brings more than 20 years of experience as a top executive at several companies spanning a range of size, stage, and segment, from startups to publicly traded companies, including Zebra Technologies, Fetch Robotics, Corning Optical Communications, and SpiderCloud. Thomas holds a B.A. and MBA from the University of Virginia.

Senior Vice President, Head of Engineering and Technical Support
As Head of Engineering, Yuri Golikov oversees all aspects of product development, including the SDLC, technical strategy, product architecture, quality assurance, and product delivery. He is also responsible for the CloudOps department, which manages the corporate SaaS infrastructure and the Technical Support team. Yuri joined Wrike as Director of Engineering in 2015, bringing with him 14 years of experience in the software development industry. He began his career at Aelita Software in 2001, led the development of multiple products at Quest Software, and transitioned through its acquisition by Dell, becoming a Deputy Branch Director. Yuri holds a master’s degree in Technical Science and is a Scrum Evangelist and Certified Scrum Master.

Chief Product Officer
As Wrike’s Chief Product Officer, Alexey Korotich sets product vision and strategy, builds a world-class product team, and oversees cross-functional product development and GTM processes. Alexey has more than 20 years of experience in enterprise software design, development, and product management. He has a track record of launching new and scaling established enterprise software platforms — both on-premise and SaaS — that made their names in collaborative work management, IT management, security, and reporting categories. Prior to his role at Wrike, Alexey led product management at Dell, Quest Software, and Aelita Software. He holds a master’s degree in computer science from St. Petersburg State Polytechnical University.

Senior Vice President, Business Operations
Everett Marshall serves as the SVP of business operations at Wrike. In his role, Everett is responsible for driving the operating rhythm of the business and ensuring operational excellence of Wrike’s business processes and practices. He oversees Business and Revenue Operations, Enterprise Data, and Analytics and Business Technology. Everett brings over 20 years of experience driving growth for businesses across many functional departments. Prior to joining Wrike, Everett was Managing Director of GTM Strategy for Citrix Systems. Preceding the GTM strategy role, he held a number of senior leadership positions in professional services, support, information technology, and sales. Everett started his career as a business consultant and holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Miami.

Chief Revenue Officer
George Saadeh is Wrike's Chief Revenue Officer. He was previously on the executive team of Recharge, where he spent five years helping to significantly scale SaaS revenue by building a robust go-to-market strategy around sales, services, partnerships, and marketing, as well as successfully moving the solution upmarket. He planned and launched multi-product efforts and opened offices and teams in Utah, Toronto, and London. Prior to Recharge, George spent 8 years at Qualtrics as part of the Senior Leadership team. He helped grow the company through its acquisition by SAP in 2019 and subsequent IPO. He holds a B.S. in Economics and Business Management from Brigham Young University.

Chief Financial Officer
Jacquelyn Tonelli serves as Wrike’s Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for the organization's financial strategies, planning, and cash flow monitoring while scrutinizing strengths and weaknesses to optimize financial performance and strategic growth. Jacquelyn has more than 15 years of experience in both public accounting and the private sector. She most recently served as CFO at NetWitness post divestiture from RSA, leading the build-out of all financial and operational areas of the business. Prior to this, Jacquelyn served in several financial leadership roles, including Erecruit (acquired by Bullhorn) and Jenzabar, as well as her tenure in public accounting at Marcum LLP. Jacquelyn holds an MBA from Suffolk University and a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Economics from Merrimack College. She earned her CPA certification from the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Chief Customer Officer
Wrike’s Chief Customer Officer, Michelle MacCarthy, is responsible for leading the global customer organization, driving a value-led customer strategy, and delivering strong retention and expansion across the lifecycle. Michelle has more than 20 years of experience in both the tech and corporate retail sectors, specializing in transforming customer success into a revenue engine within high-growth, PE-backed environments. She most recently served as Global Vice President of Customer Experience at Unit4, where she established the function, championed AI-driven engagement, and improved customer retention. Michelle has held senior leadership roles at Flexera and Vibes, following a decade in B2C marketing in Enterprise retail. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing from Miami University and an Executive MBA in Global Management from Fordham University.

Senior Vice President, Head of People
In his role as SVP, Head of People at Wrike, Remko Verheul is responsible for shaping Wrike’s high-performing people culture by enhancing employee experience and fostering a supportive work environment. Remko founded and led a talent and culture startup during Internet 1.0 and has been driving success for organizations since then with a commitment to his personal mantra of "Grow Talent," which includes upskilling and agile organizational practices. Prior to joining Wrike, Remko held several key leadership positions at companies like Adidas and Swarovski and served as Chief People Officer in global tech and e-commerce organizations, such as Albelli and Travix. His extensive experience also includes leading over 10 merger and acquisition transactions. Remko holds a B.S. in Human Resources Management from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and specialized in Talent & Leadership Development at London Business School.
