The sync between Wrike and Jira is a two-way sync based on a link you create between a Wrike folder and Jira project. Yes, comments made from either Wrike or Jira will appear in both platforms. While you do not need an account in both platforms in order to make changes or leave comments, your name will only be synced in both platforms if you have an account in both platforms.
