Earlier this year, we launched the Wrike Elite 100 customer award program, designed to recognize 100 organizations that are pushing the boundaries of what’s possible with Wrike. It’s always a joy to learn about how Wrike customers are putting our platform into practice, and to see it in action is a beautiful thing!
For the first time at Collaborate 2024, we added a special session to highlight the incredible ways our Wrike Elite 100 winners are using Wrike. This year, we were joined by four winners from Texas A&M University, RWS Global, Varsity Yearbook, and the Miami Dolphins/Formula One Miami Grand Prix.
In their session, available on demand now, the winners shared lots of helpful tips based on their experiences of pushing Wrike to the limit for their work.
Straight from the source: How our winners get the most out of Wrike
Mitchell Bausch, Assistant Director at Texas A&M University won our Collaboration award due to the impact he drove across his organization, with an intense focus on connecting the human chain by allowing Wrike to orchestrate multiple processes through both structured and unstructured collaboration approaches.
“[Wrike] enabled me to take some boring, grueling business processes and find ways to make them fun.”
“One of our processes that we’ve currently rebuilt is our editorial process. And it felt like pulling teeth because it was so hard to find information, structure it, and then create a strategy around how we’re communicating different information. And so adding structure through Wrike and other trainings that we did really helped us become more streamlined, more efficient, and helped us better tell the story of Texas A&M School of Law.”
Ethan Walker, Senior Manager of Operations at RWS Global won our Innovation award by taking Wrike to the next level with automations and process efficiencies in an innovative way. Ethan leveraged Wrike’s custom fields and automations to solve complex and unique use cases.
“We here at RWS Global have found we can really build pretty much anything that we need to in Wrike. It’s very configurable. We’ve got lots of options. We’ve built lots of processes in here.”
“Moving to Wrike really allowed us the ability to structure our work. That system had evolved a little bit more naturally over time. Moving to Wrike gave us the opportunity to stop and consider our processes and build them with scaling the future in mind.”
Ali Moses, Art Department Lead at Varsity Yearbook won the Analytics award because she used Wrike to bring multiple internal and external stakeholders together — and she achieved meaningful ROI along the way.
“Having all of [our] information surfaced really allowed our individual users to keep track of their workloads. Our teams could keep an eye on employee productivity and error rates. And our plant management actually is able to get a really nice bird’s-eye view of our process as a whole so they can track bottlenecks and plan for capacity. And all of that actually led to a 75% reduction in employee overtime in a key department last season.”
“Before Wrike, we actually were sending out customer art proofs as PDFs via email. Now that we’re in Wrike, we’re actually using the guest review process so our customers can speak directly to their artists. They can use the inline markup tools to communicate clearly. We don’t have to route through a giant email chain to synthesize the information. It’s really cut down on our missing communications from the customers. We actually improved proof return time by 43%.”
Ryan Mills, Senior Manager of Project Management at the Miami Dolphins and F1 Miami Grand Prix won our Results award after revolutionizing cohesiveness across his organization. He’s leveraged Wrike to triage the many requests that their teams get across several different organizations.
“Having [employees] all work out of the same place in Wrike has improved transparency and communication and really eliminated those silos that we were dealing with in the past. Wrike allows all the teams to work together towards one common goal. And Wrike has really just become our centralized source of information.”
The Wrike Elite 100 is an annual program, and we’re excited to see what new achievements our customers will share in 2025. This year’s winners have set the bar high, demonstrating how Wrike can drive real results across organizations. We can’t wait to celebrate the next group of Wrike Elite 100 leaders and see how they continue pushing the boundaries of what’s possible with Wrike!
