Couldn’t make it to Wrike Collaborate 2024? No worries, we’ve got your back. This year’s event was about learning to do less and achieve more. And trust me, if you’re interested in improving your team’s workflow or just curious about how others are using Wrike, this was the event to catch.

There were so many sessions, from how companies are scaling Wrike across thousands of users to new AI features that help teams eliminate the unnecessary and automate the mundane, routine tasks. And while we can’t cover everything here (there’s just too much), we’ve pulled together the top seven highlights that stood out from Collaborate 2024.

1. Welcome keynote: Carving a new path for work to flow

We kicked off Collaborate 2024 with a great start. Tom Scott, Wrike’s CEO, took the stage to talk about how work management is evolving. He touched on some important points businesses face today, like balancing new technologies and keeping teams connected. One thing that stood out was how Wrike is using workflows to make things easier for companies, no matter their size. It was an inspiring session that set the tone for the rest of the event.

2. Fireside chat with Cadence Bank

Another engaging highlight was the fireside chat with Cadence Bank. Courtney Huesman, Executive Director Head of Strategy and Enablement, and Lee Toole, Director of Application Support, Strategy, and Enablement at Cadence Bank, shared how they integrated Wrike into their processes to streamline their operations. They discussed how they fully adopted Wrike for everything from their marketing PMO to onboarding in under a year. You could tell their story hit home with attendees looking to make similar changes.

3. Product keynote: The evolution of intelligent workflows

If you’re a fan of using technology to simplify work, this keynote was for you. Alexey Korotich, Wrike’s Chief Product Officer, explained how Wrike has evolved over the past year, particularly with our AI-powered workflows. AI has a lot of buzz around it right now, and Wrike isn’t shying away from using it to improve productivity. We’ve introduced features like AI automation, AI content creation, next-gen analytics, and AI summaries on web and mobile to make work easier for your teams.

There was also an interactive customer panel discussion where Ryan Mills from the Miami Dolphins, Kate Tranter from AVEVA, and Morten Harboe from Schneider Electric shared how they use Wrike to eliminate mundane tasks, allowing teams to focus on more impactful work.

4. Research keynote: Strategies and tactics to do less and achieve more

Brian Nourani, President and CRO at Wrike, and Christine Royston, Chief Marketing Officer at Wrike, shared insights from our 2024 Impactful Work Report. They emphasized the importance of aligning goals, prioritizing tasks, eliminating unnecessary work, and embracing automation to achieve greater results. They discussed the shift from “do more with less” to “do less, achieve more,” highlighting how Wrike’s features are helping customers reduce low-impact tasks and focus on what truly matters.

5. Elite 100 session: Best ideas from the Wrike Elite 100

This panel was packed with insights from top Wrike power users who were recently recognized in our inaugural Elite 100 customer awards program. It wasn’t just about what they were doing with Wrike but how they were using it to solve specific business problems.

Ethan Walker, Operations Manager at RWS Global, explained how Wrike helped his team eliminate confusion by unifying their systems. Ali Moses, Art Department Lead at Varsity Yearbook, highlighted how Wrike transformed her team’s analytics process. They had issues gathering data but, with Wrike’s analytics features, the team now quickly tracks project progress and makes data-driven decisions.

6. Moving the mountain: Deploying Wrike at scale

This session explored how Syneos Health scaled Wrike from 25 to over 2,500 users. Sherrie Besecker, System Solutions Manager at Syneos Health, and Mithila Bhadbhade, Senior Solutions Engineer at Wrike, shared the importance of getting the right support early on. They also shared tips on overcoming roadblocks, like resistance to change or team members struggling with new systems. It was an honest look at scaling Wrike that many teams can relate to.

7. Datahub: Harness a single source of data in Wrike

Adrian Breen and Ryan Candela from Wrike highlighted how teams often struggle with inefficiencies caused by siloed data. Wrike Datahub solves this by pulling data from multiple sources into a central hub. This ensures all teams work from the same data, reducing the need to switch between platforms. The session included a live demo showcasing how Datahub can help professional services and manufacturing teams eliminate wasted effort.

It’s not too late to do less and achieve more

Feeling like you’ve missed out? Don’t worry. The great thing is you can still watch the recorded sessions and see what the buzz is about. All sessions from Collaborate 2024 are now available on demand, so you can catch up at your convenience.
