I’m excited to share that Wrike has reached a major landmark along our journey. This morning we announced that Wrike has received a majority investment from Vista Equity Partners. Vista is a global technology investor with more than $44 billion of cumulative capital commitments, whose 50+ software and technology companies deliver best-in-class software products across 175+ countries to 800,000+ customers.
I want to take a moment to thank our employees for their commitment to Wrike and the passion they all bring to work each and every day. It is their hard work and dedication that has helped get us to where we are today. Wrike was built on a foundation of strong core values of growth, execution, and collaboration that inspire us to deliver the best we possibly can every day. And because of our employees, these core values have powered our industry leadership over the years.
I also want to thank our customers. Our customers have pushed us towards incredible innovations that have helped us grow both as an organization and as individuals. I always say this, and I truly believe it: Our customers are our most important investors, and we will continue to view them as such.
We began as a tiny start-up with a big ambition. Through the years we bootstrapped our way through the early stages, battling uncertainty with determination and unstoppable work ethic. Now, less than a decade later, we have evolved into a global organization with worldwide presence, an industry-leading solution, and a best-in-class workplace.
