2024’s coming to a close, and what a year it was! From major moves to exciting innovations, revelatory research, and prestigious awards, we’ve had a lot to celebrate over the last 12 months.

The numbers that made 2024 a standout year
The last 12 months have been action-packed, with Wrikers smashing their goals and reaching new heights of success! Our global community now includes 1,653,595 annual users, including thousands of first-timers as well as long-time fans. We expanded into more enterprises in diverse fields, with more than 280,000 new teams joining Wrike this year. Our largest team now has 367,889 members, all working together seamlessly in one easy-to-use software.
And boy, were we busy! Together, we hit “complete” on a jaw-dropping 65 million tasks, producing everything from creative campaigns to client services, product launch plans, and manufacturing projects — all from one powerful platform. The best part? 18,132,355 tasks and projects were automated, which means Wrike did the hard work for you!
Want to guess when we were most productive? Well, once again, Tuesday is our busiest day! Turns out we all like to shake off those Monday blues and get down to business for the week. It looks like Wrike users got a spring in their step in March again too, which took the prize as the most active month of the year.

Even more milestones in Wrike’s exciting journey
2024 saw Wrike enter into an offer agreement to acquire Klaxoon, a renowned visual collaboration platform, in one of the most important announcements in our 18-year history. By combining Klaxoon’s advanced visual collaboration tools with Wrike’s AI-powered Work Intelligence®, we are, as our CEO Thomas Scott put it, “revolutionizing how work gets done, bringing creativity, engagement, and execution into one seamless experience.”
We also added yet more awards to our shelf this year: Gartner® named Wrike a Leader in the 2024 Magic Quadrant™ for Collaborative Work Management, we won “Best AI-Based Solution for Manufacturing” in the AI Breakthrough Awards, and took a trophy in the form of a TrustRadius 2024 Top Rated award.

A celebration of excellence in our community
One of our proudest moments this year was the launch of our inaugural Wrike Elite 100 customer awards program. Designed to recognize the most innovative, collaborative, and downright brilliant Wrike users, the awards are a unique opportunity to learn how to maximize our platform’s power — from the people who do it best.

Our product team had a busy 2024, delivering bigger, better, and bolder developments than ever before. Chief among their achievements is Datahub, a game-changing feature that allows users to connect external data with Wrike tasks, projects, and spaces. It creates a dynamic source of truth, enriching everything you do in your daily work with unprecedented visibility, actionable insights, and revenue-boosting shortcuts.
We also turned customer suggestions into real-life solutions like timesheet approvals, an even better mobile experience, and yet more competition-beating AI features.
Revealing insights and productivity-boosting resources
Throughout 2024, we’ve been working hard to provide our users with everything they need to do their best work, from how-to guides to eBooks, Help Center articles, webinars, infographics, and more. We also commissioned major research into modern workplaces, culminating in the 2024 Impactful Work Report, which identified the challenges today’s enterprises are facing — and the solutions for fixing them.
