Thomas Scott joined Wrike as Chief Financial Officer in 2022 and moved into the role of Chief Executive Officer in July 2023. As CEO, Thomas oversees the execution of Wrike’s long-term strategy, driving continuous growth and empowering customers with an intelligent solution for modern work management. Thomas brings more than 20 years of experience as a top executive at several companies spanning a range of size, stage, and segment, from startups to publicly traded companies, including Zebra Technologies, Fetch Robotics, Corning Optical Communications, and SpiderCloud. Thomas holds a B.A. and MBA from the University of Virginia.
Brian Nourani serves as President and Chief Revenue Officer at Wrike, leading all go-to-market revenue functions, including Sales and CSO departments. With over 15 years of senior sales leadership experience, he provides strategic and operational direction to drive revenue growth and regularly collaborates with Wrike’s largest customers to ensure their success. Prior to his current role, Brian served as Chief Revenue Officer at Khoros, where he managed global revenue and sales support functions. As Senior Vice President of Global Sales at Wrike, he drove business expansion across North America, EMEA, and APAC, established Wrike’s global Enterprise division, and contributed significantly to two successful company exits in 2021 and 2022. Brian holds a bachelor’s degree in criminology and justice studies from California State University San Marcos and an MBA from the University of Arizona Global Campus.
Christine Royston serves as Wrike’s Chief Marketing Officer and is responsible for overseeing the global marketing program, driving a customer-first strategy, and focusing on enterprise growth. Christine joined Wrike with more than 20 years of B2B enterprise marketing experience. She most recently served as Vice President and Global Head of B2B Marketing for Udemy and Vice President and Head of Marketing at Bitly. Christine has also held senior leadership roles at Dropbox, Imperva, and Salesforce. She holds a B.A. from the University of Virginia and an International MBA in global marketing from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business.
As Wrike’s Chief Product Officer, Alexey Korotich sets product vision and strategy, builds a world-class product team, and oversees cross-functional product development and GTM processes. Alexey has more than 20 years of experience in enterprise software design, development, and product management. He has a track record of launching new and scaling established enterprise software platforms — both on-premise and SaaS — that made their names in collaborative work management, IT management, security, and reporting categories. Prior to his role at Wrike, Alexey led product management at Dell, Quest Software, and Aelita Software. He holds a master’s degree in computer science from St. Petersburg State Polytechnical University.
Kellie Beard is a seasoned project management professional with over eight years of experience. She holds both Project Management Professional and Six Sigma Green Belt certifications. Currently, Kellie is a Campaign Project Manager for digital campaigns at Hilti, where she leverages her planning and leadership skills to drive impactful marketing initiatives and enhance the company’s digital presence. She speaks fluent Star Wars, Disney, Harry Potter, and LOTR. Go Ravenclaws!
Sherrie Besecker is a System Solutions Manager with over 25 years of project and program management experience. Sherrie has been with Syneos Health since 2007 and currently supports Wrike across the Syneos Health organization, leads the company’s governance committee, and supports over 2,500 users globally.
Aric Pearson is a relentless innovator who is passionate about digital content strategy and ecommerce operations. Aric has worked in ecommerce and user experience design for the past decade and currently serves as Director of Ecommerce and Head of AI and Data Strategy at West Music Company. Originally majoring in linguistic anthropology at Grinnell College, Aric remains deeply curious about human habits and behavior.
Carter Sheppard is the Director of Technology and Strategy at BC Stone Homes, where he leverages technology to optimize business procedures and scale marketing, sales, and operations. With a robust background in technology and process improvement, Carter is focused on modernizing and innovating within the construction industry.
Dan expertly manages a high-growth real estate portfolio using Wrike, streamlining workspaces, fostering cross-team integration across multiple industries, and adapting how his team efficiently uses Wrike for profitable productivity.
Blair Lee — higher education creative strategist, administrator, and professor — is the Director of Marketing and Communication at Colorado State University. Blair hosts the education podcast, “Fulfilled: Your Inside Glimpse into Higher Ed.” A two-time graduate of the University of Baltimore, Blair is pursuing his doctorate in media communication at CSU.
Allison has been a part of Seer’s project management team for three years. She has managed enterprise-level clients with all of Seer’s offerings. Allison now works directly with other Seer project managers, offering support and mentorship. In addition to her day-to-day responsibilities at work, Allison takes advantage of Seer’s unlimited volunteer hours policy to give back to her community. With these multiple responsibilities, Allison is always finding ways to organize chaos.
Megan Bethke is an independent consultant with a wide variety of clients. She implements processes and project management systems, identifies opportunities for efficiency, and provides training and ongoing support across organizations. She absolutely loves helping companies work more efficiently and effectively.
At a nonprofit with 110 staff members, Megan leads a project management department that supports projects in all areas of the company, including product development, marketing, events, software, and organizational change. She also writes a weekly blog at projectswithimpact.com to help new project managers build their skills and confidence.
Ali is a dedicated art operations specialist with a background in optimizing workflow efficiency in the art and design industry. She’s passionate about helping artists thrive while maintaining the operational structure necessary to meet organizational goals. Her ability to balance creativity with efficiency has made her a valuable asset to her company.
Mike Fank is the Quality Manager at Wisconsin Metal Parts, specializing in advanced product quality planning and continual improvement. With more than 13 years in quality and product development, his initiatives have notably enhanced efficiency and quality across operations.
Hayden Waugh aids the enterprise marketing efforts at Trane Technologies by pushing productivity and collaboration across Communications, Marketing, and Public Relations. His focus on the audience and passion for efficient, strategic operations enables his team to achieve goals and earn success.

Kate is a seasoned marketing executive with over 19 years of experience transforming marketing organizations in global FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 companies as well as startups. As Global Marketing Transformation Director at AVEVA, she has a proven track record of building brands during major changes and a passion for building collaborative marketing teams while identifying opportunities to better grow into their visions for the future.

Morten is responsible for delivering software services at Schneider Electric, utilizing his project management, software development, and technical expertise. By emphasizing people, processes, and tools, he has helped create and grow a successful business that delivers end-to-end software services and customer-adapted software in the data center infrastructure management space.
Amanda Bowman is Kichler Lighting’s Marketing Project Coordinator and the company’s Wrike administrator. With more than 15 years of project management experience, Amanda is responsible for systems and processes that ensure cross-functional alignment and execution for a range of marketing projects, including new product launches, literature production, and merchandising.
Derek is a Creative Project Manager focused on the MillerKnoll brand. In his role, Derek works with Marketing, Brand, and Creative teams to manage projects and expectations while actively improving processes. Derek focuses on timelines, budgets, and resource planning to ensure projects run efficiently and on time.
Randy is a seasoned leader of marketing process development with expertise in building and maintaining successful, scalable platforms. He has over a decade of experience using work management tools, including seven years of proficiency in Wrike.
Luis Cardenas is a Marketing Program Manager at Avetta, specializing in process implementation and campaign execution. While driving Wrike adoption within their marketing team, Luis creates effective automations that streamline workflows, enhancing team efficiency and collaboration across all marketing initiatives.
Starting his career at RWS Global as an intern in 2021, Ethan now works as a Senior Manager of Operations. He develops and optimizes global systems and processes, supporting creative teams and contributing to the business side of show business at RWS Global.
Lee Toole is the Director of Application Support for the Strategy and Enablement department at Cadence Bank. He is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of IT management and IT project management experience in the financial sector. He joined Cadence Bank 10 years ago and managed the PMO prior to becoming the Director of Application Support for Strategy and Enablement. Lee started his career as a software developer after receiving his B.S. in computer science from the University of Southern Mississippi, and soon moved into IT management and eventually project management. Lee is now focused more on Wrike process engineering and workflow management for Cadence Bank’s enterprise of more than 5,000 employees.
Ryan is in his third year leading the project management team at the Dolphins and F1 Miami Grand Prix. His team manages request intake, work assignment, and all other marketing operations across five lines of business under the Hard Rock Stadium umbrella. Ryan is also an aspiring photographer and has had the opportunity to shoot Dolphins and University of Miami football games, Dolphins Media Day, concerts and festivals such as Rolling Loud, and other events at Hard Rock. Previous stops in his career include the Washington Nationals (MLB), Washington Wizards (NBA), and New York Islanders (NHL) — all in marketing and creative services roles.
Anna Kravcova, Creative Operations Manager at Scopely, excels in bringing order to chaos. With experience at Sony, Amazon, and Verve Search (OMG), she specializes in process optimization, resource management, and leveraging content management tools for creative project management, driving efficiency, and collaboration.
David Alonso received his B.S. in architectural engineering from UT Austin. He began his career as a construction superintendent and transitioned to Project Manager at Swinerton Builders. His team focuses on facilities and maintenance, handling 200-300 small tenant improvement projects a year. He’s a tech-savvy systems thinker and the father of identical twin boys.
Courtney Huesman is the Executive Director Head of Strategy and Enablement at Cadence Bank. She is a transformative leader with over 20 years of experience in the financial sector, including two years with Cadence Bank. Her area includes enterprise strategy, the project management office, procurement, reliability, and science and engineering application development.
James Ball is Vice President of Project Management at Jellyfish and has more than 20 years of experience in digital. James began in web design for a property developer, moved to web/app design in children’s publishing, and has now been with Jellyfish for 11 years, leading project management and developing processes for the company’s global clients.
Jeff Greenberg has over a decade of experience in food manufacturing and 11 years of experience as a management consultant. He built The Kitchen Coop on the four principles of nourishment, investment, community, and excellence, that form the cornerstones of the premier cooperative manufacturing facility for the natural food industry.
With over 28 years of experience in the creative industry and 18 years at Cipla, Steven has established a robust career across publishing, design, digital media, film, and broadcasting. He leads a talented team responsible for shaping the visual and digital identity of Cipla South Africa’s digital assets and campaigns across local and global markets. An individual with a passion for collaboration and operations, Steven continues to push the boundaries of what creative and digital design can achieve within the pharmaceutical industry. Steven and his team have played a pivotal role in transforming Cipla’s design and digital output, from pharmaceutical marketing collateral that meets both regulatory and creative demands to dynamic digital marketing campaign assets that resonate with diverse audiences. Richard is the Senior Director of Industry Solutions and Product Marketing at Wrike. A highly experienced global marketing executive, he now focuses on go-to-market positioning and deep-level customer and market analysis to showcase the value of Wrike’s project management solution.
As a Senior Solutions Consultant at Wrike, Ryan excels in building complex solutions. With significant expertise in marketing, creative design, and project management, he caters specifically to customers in these areas across the globe. When not solving business challenges, he enjoys fitness, camping, traveling, and spending time with his family of five and their German shepherd.
Carolyn is a strategic business transformation leader with a proven track record of driving large-scale projects, programs, and portfolios across multiple industries to enhance operational efficiency and deliver impactful results. Before joining Wrike, she was the Director of Supply Chain Continuous Improvement at Walmart Canada and a Wrike customer.
Chris is a SaaS executive with more than 20 years of experience in the enterprise software industry. He has held marketing leadership roles at companies including Salesloft, Hearsay Systems, PROS, and ServiceSource. When not helping SaaS companies grow, Chris spends time in Tahoe with his wife and two teenage boys.
Adrian is a customer-focused product marketing leader who specializes in pricing, packaging, and product-led growth motions. A seasoned veteran of the B2B software space, he’s passionate about connecting buyers with technologies that make their work lives easier.
Seth’s role as a Lead Solutions Consultant at Wrike means he spends every day highlighting Wrike’s benefits to his clients. His background includes leading ERP implementations for Fortune 500s and serving as PMO Director for a Workday partner.
Susan is the Senior Manager of Analyst Relations and Market Strategy at Wrike, joining the company earlier this year. Her career spans more than 20 years in the enterprise B2B software industry, and she has held product marketing and analyst relations roles with companies such as ServiceMax (now part of PTC), Saba (now part of Cornerstone OnDemand), and Motive.
Jamie has 16 years of experience marketing enterprise cloud solutions for the manufacturing and AEC industries, with degrees in architecture from University of California, Berkeley and Harvard University.
Jonathan is currently a Senior Manager and Head of Technology Partnerships, overseeing Wrike’s marketplaces, alliances, and integration partners. He has been at Wrike for more than two years and has a wealth of experience in MarTech, including at previous companies in the digital asset management and A/B testing spaces.
Damiano has over 10 years of experience in B2B and B2C technology, spanning roles in product and marketing. He focuses on the release of new features for the Wrike platform and ensures that everyone is aware of Wrike's amazing new capabilities.
Clark Schroeder is passionate about leading with empathy to empower customer facing teams. Prior to Wrike, Clark spent nearly 20 years at Apple in sales, where Wrike was key in his role. Clark now supports customer-facing teams at Wrike with enablement, new-hire sales training, coaching, mentoring, and internal communications. An early adopter of new technologies, Clark leverages the latest innovations like Generative AI, including many of the features now available in Wrike!
Kate works with sports and creative customers to develop sales strategy and align their needs with the value Wrike provides, pushing the status quo for massive results. Outside of Wrike, she has worked as an entrepreneur, consultant, and chaos coordinator for her family.
Matt is a Strategic Client Architect at Wrike with decades of experience leading strategic work within enterprise organizations. Matt brings a specialized focus to Wrike’s customers in PMO, product lifecycle management, and service management, with a focus on capturing value through design, execution, best practices, and governance.
Nancy Boas is a product marketing professional at Wrike with 10 years of experience in AI product marketing. Building on a successful track record of directing product, content, and sales enablement efforts at Plume Design, Sparta Science, Akamai, and Legion Technologies, she spearheads Wrike's Work Intelligence® product marketing efforts.

He leads the presales content team in North America. Ty has been recognized with several awards at Wrike, including being named President’s Club Presales Consultant of the Year multiple times. He holds over 20 certifications and licenses and is passionate about exploring what is possible with technology and contributing to building efficient, resilient project management solutions for Wrike’s clients.
