Collaborative Work Management Platform Ranked First for “Plan to Renew” by Customers
San Jose, Calif., August 16, 2018 -- Wrike, the collaborative work management platform for high-performance teams, has been named a Leader in the Project Portfolio Management Category Report Data Quadrant and honored with a Customer Experience Award for Complete Software and Service Experience by Software Reviews, a division of Info-Tech Research Group. The Wrike platform is ranked first for Overall Satisfaction in Vendor Capabilities and Product Features, and first for “Plan to Renew” in Info-Tech Research Group’s Wrike Product Scorecard based on user feedback.
“This award is a testament to an incredible team that keeps the needs of customers at the forefront of everything it does,” said Wrike CEO Andrew Filev. “Our mission is to make teams insanely productive and these rankings from real users validate our customer-centric approach to further defining what it means to be a collaborative work management platform. Customers are our most important investors and we are committed to helping them do their very best work.”
Info-Tech’s Software Reviews Customer Experience Awards are awarded to outstanding vendors in the technology marketplace as evaluated by their users. The award is granted based on a review 25 elements across five categories: Service Experience; Conflict Resolution; Negotiation and Contract; Strategy and Innovation; and Product Impact. Wrike received the highest score in five of those categories, including: Helps Innovation; Effectiveness; Client-friendly Policies; Fairness; and Unique Features, along with 11 other second place rankings.
“In highly competitive landscapes, the overall customer experience distinguishes a vendor from its peers,” said Software Reviews President David Piazza. “Wrike demonstrated leadership in a broad number of areas across our rankings. Sentiments such as ‘Performance Enhancing, Fair, and Respectful’ were consistently mentioned by their users, demonstrating that they have built a loyal and dedicated customer base. Congratulations to Wrike on their excellent results within the PPM category.”
Info-Tech leveraged user feedback on 11 vendor capabilities and 11 product features in order to determine vendor position within the Data Quadrant. The Wrike platform ranked the highest in six out of the 11 vendor capabilities for overall satisfaction in the following areas: Business Value Created; Breadth of Features; Quality of Features; Product Strategy and Rate of Innovation; Usability and Intuitiveness; and Availability and Quality of Training. Similarly, the Wrike Platform took the top slot for six of the 11 product features, including: Document Management; Lifecycle management; Mobile; Project Management; Project Portfolio Management, Tasks and Workflow Management; and What-if Analysis.
Unlike traditional software awards and reviews, Info-Tech’s Customer Experience Awards and Product Scorecards are based solely on user reviews and determined by a transparent proprietary methodology. Products are ranked by a composite satisfaction score that averages four different areas of evaluation: Net Emotional Footprint, Vendor Capabilities, Product Features, and Likeliness to Recommend. The Net Emotional Footprint Score measures user emotional response ratings of the vendor.
