TrustRadius, a leading technology decisioning platform, analyzed customer-generated reviews for over 28,600 products across 825 categories, naming only 100 recipients, including Wrike.

This year, TrustRadius put every software product on the platform to the test. The most beloved products were determined by comparing mentions of “love” to the total number of reviews received for each product. Each review was analyzed word by word for accuracy, and winners of the award earned the highest ratio of “love” per review across the entire TrustRadius platform.
