What it looks like in action:
A Customer Success Manager (CSM) receives feedback from one of their enterprise accounts about an issue with their current campaign workflow. The CSM actively listens to the customer’s concerns, empathizes with their pain points, communicates transparently about the steps that will be taken to address the issue, and proactively follows up until the issue is resolved. The CSM also prioritizes sharing the feedback with the product team quickly, leading to improvements in future product enhancements.
Collaborative
We work as one and win together, each bringing unique strengths that contribute to diversity of thought for better outcomes. Leveraging our own work management platform, we foster an environment of creative collaboration and shared achievement.
Communicate Openly
Value Diverse Contributions
Embrace Constructive Feedback
Celebrate Shared Success
Engage in Collective Problem-Solving
What it looks like in action:
A finance manager is faced with the challenging task of revamping the company’s purchasing process. She pulls a diverse group of stakeholders in for a brainstorming session where everyone is encouraged to openly discuss what they would like to see in the new process. The manager and her team then work together to integrate these ideas into a prototype, which they take back to the stakeholders for feedback. After several iterations, the new process is rolled out and results in an average of 2 hours saved per stakeholder per month. The process is met with much positive feedback and the CFO showcases this project as a success story at the company All Hands.
Creative
We strive to succeed through continuous innovation. It’s our pursuit of novel concepts that helped us create a market category. We continue to cultivate a workplace that fosters creative thinking as a means of transcending conventional boundaries and empowers us to break new ground to deliver extraordinary work management solutions.
Embrace Curiosity

Challenge the Status Quo
Create Time for Creativity
What it looks like in action:
A marketing specialsit volunteers to help build a unique campaign for the annual user conference. He dedicates time to attend several virtual SaaS conferences for inspiration, and what he finds makes him curious about the use of AR/VR technology in modern event campaigns. He enlists the help of two software engineers to experiment with an immersive virtual reality preview of the conference venue. Challenging the status quo, he also turns to a series of interactive social media challenges over traditional posts to raise awareness and interest. His innovative approach leads to record registration numbers and earns the conference recognition in a marketing publication.
Committed
We believe in ownership at all levels of the organization by owning workflows from start to finish. Each member of our team is an integral part of this commitment, establishing work as a platform for personal growth and transformation, as well as collective success and growth.

Demonstrate Agility
What it looks like in action:
A development team is tasked with launching a new AI-driven task prioritization feature. The team takes ownership by building a project plan and sharing details about the upcoming launch, including task owners and delivery timeline, at a team All Hands. They focus on identifying and prioritizing the most impactful tasks early on and structure their working time in blocks to avoid distractions. Embracing a growth mindset, they seek out and incorporate innovative design ideas into their build. When a last-minute bug is discovered, they demonstrate agility by quickly de-prioritizing other tasks to resolve the issue, ensuring the delivery of a successful and timely launch.
